Druk Air, The Royal Bhutan Airlines operates flights from Nepal (Kathmandu), India (New Delhi, Kolkata, Bagdogra, Guwahati, and Gaya), Bangladesh (Dhaka), Thailand (Bangkok), Singapore (Changi), and United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Travelers may also enter Bhutan overland through India via Phuentsholing, Samdrup Jongkhar, and Gelephu.

Flight assistance is available to help you secure tickets with Druk Air and Bhutan Airlines. As Bhutan has limited carriers and flight schedules, early booking is strongly recommended to ensure preferred travel dates.

Current international routes include Delhi, Kolkata, Bagdogra, Guwahati, Bodh Gaya (seasonal), Kathmandu, Dhaka, Bangkok, Singapore, and Dubai. These hubs are the best connection points for travel into Bhutan.

Bhutan can also be accessed by road through Phuentsholing, Gelephu, and Samdrup Jongkhar. Indian nationals may enter freely, while other visitors require advance visa arrangements.

All international travelers (except Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals) must obtain a visa prior to arrival. Visas are processed through licensed Bhutanese tour operators.
